Terms of Service

Knowlify Studio provides video production services, including scriptwriting, creative direction, storyboarding, voiceover, animation, sound design, and delivery in the formats agreed for each project.

Each project has an agreed scope covering runtime, style, and deliverables. The paid pilot includes unlimited revisions. Other engagements may specify a number of revision rounds. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may require additional time or cost, which we will confirm with you before proceeding.

The paid pilot is delivered within 7 days of receiving everything we need to begin. Timelines depend on receiving your materials, feedback, and approvals promptly. Delays in feedback move delivery dates accordingly.

The $3,500 paid pilot covers one 30–60 second animated explainer, including script, creative direction, animation, voiceover, music, unlimited revisions, a brand style guide, and three social cutdowns. If you continue into ongoing production after the pilot, rates are quoted separately.

Ongoing monthly plans are quoted based on your production volume and workflow. Those prices are confirmed in writing before work begins.

You are responsible for having the rights to any content you provide — copy, logos, footage, product access, brand assets — and for ensuring it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You grant us the licence needed to use those materials to produce your video.

On full payment, you own the final delivered video and may use it without restriction. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, templates, and working project files unless separately agreed.

Licensed third-party assets such as music and stock elements remain subject to their own licence terms, which we will identify where relevant.

We will not publish, showcase, or reference your work publicly without your explicit approval.

You may cancel a project before production begins for a full refund of any amount paid. For the paid pilot, if you are not satisfied with the finished video you may request a full refund of the amount paid.

Once production has started on a non-pilot engagement, fees cover work already completed. Ongoing monthly plans can be cancelled effective the end of the current billing period.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Changes do not affect the terms agreed for an in-flight project.
